Full Service Agreement

Consultation: up to on hour to discuss the needs, wants and desires of the celebration

Discussion: vision, details, vendor selection, budget, appointment scheduling, attending appointments

Wedding Countdown: to do lists, review and/or obtain contracts, deposits, emails and phone calls
Month Of Service Agreement
(4-6 Weeks Prior)

Together we pull the vendor details of contracts you have already obtained

Available for phone calls, emails, text messages as needed

Assign Lead assistants(s) if needed, based on date availability

Start to do list, timeline of day's event, ceremony agenda which will be reviewed by your wedding team along with your final approval.
Retainer Fee: 1/3 of the total will be due at time of agreement signing (this is non-refundable) due to calendar date being secured.

Schedule Leading Into Your Celebration
Week Of Celebration
Rehearsal Day Before

Final meeting to go over timeline, to do list and ceremony agenda

Review all event accessories (goblets, favors, programs, decor, etc)

Guide and assist with bridal party
Actual Day Of Event

First on site for the day and the last to leave at the end of the evening

Implement and orchestrate the timeline of activities and the to do list as you have set forth

Meet and greet all vendors upon arrival, dispense final payment if needed

Room setup (decor, place-cards, favors, etc)

China, flatware, glasses, napkins, tablecloths, these services will require additional assistants at an addition fee agreed upon at the final meeting.

Ceremony setup (decor, programs, sand ceremony, chairs, arch, etc

Will require additional staff (rates upon discussing these services)

At close of the evening what goes up then must come down and returned to you (goblets, cake knife, left over favors, personal mementos, etc)
