Bill & Adrienne

Congratulations to you both Adrienne & Bill....
When I was contacted by Bill a few months ago asking me to help this stay at home dad of an 18month old who works out of the house I was more than happy to tackle the challenge...
I have to admit that this was my very first wedding planning event where I was going to be working with the GROOM most of the time..
He was very precise and direct on what he wanted to have done and how much they wanted to spend and wanted me to make sure it all went on without a hitch.
A huge Thanks for Arthur over at Dockside for hosting his venue with the million dollar views their food presentation and taste far exceeded what I was expecting
Theresa a stay at home mom who bakes cakes from her kitchen provided the sweet 4 tier cake
Matt Ennis the photographer who was filming his first wedding ever asked for guidance from me to go through the formalities of a wedding and the rest he was able to catch behind the lens...he's going to be someone to watch out for in the near future as he's coming from infront of the lens as a model to behind the lens...he's got the eye

DJ Jeff from Club 131 was spinning the hits until the nightclub lights were turned on and the evening then became the morning
Rachel with Weddings By Rachel performed our ceremony with tropical flare of a bamboo aisle runner-and pure elegance with the Irish Vows and wine toasting
After a little scare from the groomsmen about the rings not being there I have to say it was a classic moment one I haven't seen in the 20 years of planning weddings...I will never forget their faces when they all said I don't have the ring I thought you did and went right on down the line to each of the guys...I hope someone caught it on video...it's sure to be a laugh out loud moment for all to see...
I wish you both the very best and may you always have the love in your hearts as you did on your special day.

Caroly & Mike @ River Palm Cottages

I was referred to Carolyn & Mike by the caterer Barbara wih Mrs. Peters saying she has a bride that is need of what it is that I have seen you do for our other couples...Please give her a call...

I did of course and had the pleasure of being to assist them in the last weeks of the planning process by pulling together their SOuth FLorida Destination for both them and their guests from all over the US. Weather all over the country was a huge factor so much so that the maid of honor her sister was literally on the last flight out of Atlanta before they closed the airport.

They chose River Palm Cottages with it's tropical setting with a variety of palms-greens-intracoastal waterway under a tiki hut on the beach next to the dock..A more South Florida Destination you could not find here on the Treasure Coast...however we could of done without the below 40 degrees that rolled in from up North...thank goodness we ordered tent heaters..

Services were provided by of course Barbara from Mrs. Peters Catering-Tenting/tables/chairs/linen by Eventmakers- Music by Jumpin Jr DJ Service-Assorted Pies by Upper Crust-Centerpieces were porvided by the client herself along with the favors of cobalt blue wine glasses for the gals and the guys received beer mugs each with sand dollar name tags tied on with raffia...

It was my pleasure to have been able to exceed their expectations by going over and above when supplied with over 5 boxes of decor telling me to do whatever you see we're sure we are going to love it...I love when I can do that for them..To see their faces when they arrive on site still to this day gives me the chills and the hairs on my arms stand on end..

I wish them both all the love and happiness for many years to come as they felt on that day..

Erin & Ryan's Wedding @ Tradition

How great was it to share in the love of both Erin & Ryan..I can tell you firsthand as their wedding coordinator it's one of the true passions that I have to be able to put their vision of their special day into reality to see all that will enjoy it...It still to this day gives me goosebumps..
I wish them as much love and happiness on their future together as they felt along with their family and friends on their wedding day...

CLUB MED REINDEAU WEDDING

It's hard to imagine that it's been a year already but I just got word that the couple has had a little one as I received these photos from my photographer, Heather with Firefly...

A local teacher needed some assistance in pulling all her hardwork together as we all know teachers have the hardest jobs ever so she decided that help was required hence the hiring of Eventful Moments

Here's what was caught on film...Thanks Heather & Ron

PRIVATE RESIDENCE OF AMANDA & JOEY'S WEDDING

What a great way to have an imtimate wedding for 75 at home....

Have an arbor draped with greens and chairs for guests to witness the vows in the front yard while you....

Hire Michelle Dadko with Premier Party Rentals to cover your pool in the backyard with an acrylic see thru pool cover and clear tent cover and then bring in the tables/chairs/china/etc and the rest just falls into place....

Hire Entertainment Connection to rock the house or pool cover which still scares me when you have over 20+ guests jumping up and down....you pray it doesn't cave in on your watch...

Hire Mrs. Peters Catering to cook up a fabulous beef tenderloin with grilled veggies and scalloped potates

Hire Publix to bring in the sweets in the shape of a 4 tier cake with flavors a flowing...yummy

Hire Eventful Moments to oversee the whole thing so you can actually enjoy all the above had to offer...family and friends....

But don't hire the weather man....It rained it poured but we were covered...hence the tent....

Wishing both Amanda & Joey many years of love-happiness and adventure that their new lives have in store for them for years to come.....

Keegan/Nunes Wedding

I meet Jennifer over 8 months ago at one of my weddings 411 where she was looking for more information about the local wedding industry and what it has to offer.

I ran into her again at a wedding @ Tradition where she was a guest and I was the banquet captain on the floor.

I then read the local paper where I saw her name yet again and sent her a little kudos email.

Finally I ran into her again at the Glamorous Weddings Bridal Show.

I don't know about you but I believe in Kharma and that we were running into each other for a reason...She was considering hiring a "DAY OF" wedding coordinator

I want to Thank them for allowing me to be a special part of their day along with the following vendors
